About our Purple Sprouting Broccoli

This season's purple sprouting broccoli, harvested to order over at Bedlam Farms in Peterborough, or Organic Pantry, Tadcaster. Easy and quick to cook and FULL of those hard-to-get purple polyphenols, we love this for its pretty colour and tenderness in texture. The leaves are our favourite sauteed in garlic and olive oil!
