About our Kohl Rabi


Kohl Rabi is a peppery, easy cook, almost-root (but still light and crisp) veg. You can eat it raw, grated into salads, or slice into half cm slices (no need to peel) and roast for 30-40 minutes. We love it as the base layer for a frittata!
